Program description
The Inkwell Studios SMS program may send recurring promotional messages, studio updates, service announcements, appointment-related information, and other messages consistent with the consent you provide. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Inkwell Studios.
Consent and eligibility
By opting in, you authorize Inkwell Studios to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automated system where permitted. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide this consent.
Consent to promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing tattoos, piercing services, jewelry, or any other product or service. Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from consent to receive email marketing.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the studio, appointments, and available updates or promotions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.
Opting out and getting help
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will need to opt in again if you later want to resume promotional text messages.

Delivery and supported carriers
Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and messaging providers and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Inkwell Studios collects, uses, discloses, and protects mobile information and SMS consent. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our messaging program, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms, and we will request new consent when required.
